Bob worked tirelessly through 2025 trying to find a home that met my needs. It was challenging because I was looking for a townhouse with a basement as close to Nassau County as possible. There weren't many homes available that fit that criteria in my price range. When one finally became available in Glen Cove, I made an offer and it was accepted. After a shaky inspection, I had decided to move on from the home, which would have been a colossal mistake had it not been for Bob. He saw the value in the house and felt very strongly that this was the place for me. He then proceeded to work with the seller's realtor to get the seller's to fix some of the issues that were found during the inspection. Along with that, we were also able to negotiate with the seller and get them to drop the price to a point where I was comfortable. I have now successfully moved into the home and am 100 percent satisfied with my decision to buy the home. I cannot reiterate enough that had it not been for Bob, I'd still be looking for a home today and the chances of finding something in Nassau County comparable to what I was able to buy would be extremely slim. Looking back on my journey to buying my first house, I can honestly say that this has been an extremely positive and rewarding experience working with Bob and Coldwell Banker American Homes.
